Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The eligibility for returns depends on the reason for the return.
Wrong Item Sent / Product Defect (Free Return)

Eligible if:

-The product is damaged, defective, or missing parts.
-You received the wrong item.
Return Shipping Fee: Free (covered by the store).

Process : A prepaid return label will be provided via email after return approval.
You must attach proof photos (both before and after opening the package) when requesting a return.
Returns without valid proof photos may be rejected.
Change of Mind (Customer Covers Return Shipping)

Eligible if:

-You want to exchange for a different color or size.
-You no longer want the product.
Return Shipping Fee: Paid by the customer.

Process : The return address and shipping method will be provided via email after return approval.
Customers can choose to ship the item themselves or request a return shipping label (shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
The return package must have a tracking number.
Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

-Important Notes
Used items, damaged packaging, or removed tags are not eligible for return.
Returns requested after the 15-day period may not be accepted.
If a customer sends a return package without prior approval, it may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After submitting a return request, the return instructions and address will be provided via email.
The return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Fee Payment Options:

After return approval, a payment link for return shipping may be provided.
If you prefer to arrange your own return, please send the package to the provided return address.
We do not accept return packages sent with Cash on Delivery (COD). Such packages will be rejected.
